Existing Berkeley Logic customers should call the Berkeley Logic Hotline at 510-277-0062 and select the Technical Support option. If you happen to get our voice mail system, please be sure to leave your name, company, phone number and a brief description of your problem.
Full-Service customers who wish to file a support request via email should use the "helpdesk" email address within your own domain, i.e. helpdesk@mycompany.com.
Existing customers who use Berkeley Logic on an on-demand basis may file email support requests at support@berkeleylogic.com. Our support system is the Open Source RT3 system by Best Practical.
