Berkeley Logic delivers these services to our customers in two packages:
- Full-Service IT Outsourcing -- This service is designed for small businesses and startup enterprises of up to 125 employees who want to use Berkeley Logic as their primary IT support organization. Berkeley Logic provides up to 80 hours of on-site Information Technology Helpdesk every week and maintains an on-line service request tracking system for the customer. In addition to the on-site services, Berkeley Logic provides IT leadership and advisory services and application-specific programming services.
- On-Demand IT Services -- For the smaller business who only needs IT services on a sporadic basis, Berkeley Logic provides on-demand services which may be scheduled within 48 hours. Emergency services, which can be done onsite and remotely within 1 to 4 hours, are also available for our existing customers.
